The Project Manager at ActionAid Cambodia leads the implementation of the project 'Strengthening CSOs to Take Action on Economic Governance' across coastal provinces.
The role involves managing consortium partnerships, ensuring quality delivery and maintaining accountability and learning throughout the project cycle.
It suits an experienced project leader passionate about social justice, civic engagement and rights-based governance.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Lead and manage the effective implementation of the project with all consortium partners and sub-grantees.
Coordinate project activities among partner organisations and communities to ensure strategic alignment and impact.
Maintain strong collaboration with donors, government agencies and community partners to promote effective governance and rights advocacy.
Supervise project operations, monitoring, reporting and financial oversight in line with ActionAid and donor standards.
Facilitate the establishment and functioning of provincial community fishery networks and support regional economic governance dialogues.
Ensure documentation, learning and dissemination of key lessons and best practices across project partners.
Uphold ActionAid's safeguarding, accountability and compliance policies across all project activities.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Relevant degree in public policy, policy advocacy or law.
Minimum of 5–6 years' experience in governance, civic engagement or natural resource management.
Demonstrated success managing European-funded projects with a strong understanding of donor compliance standards.
Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder consortia and manage complex programmes under tight deadlines.
Strong technical understanding of governance frameworks and fishery and forestry rights.
Skilled in financial management, budgeting and reporting procedures.
Excellent written and spoken English and Khmer with effective leadership, facilitation and communication skills.
