The Sales Manager at Courtyard by Marriott Phnom Penh is responsible for driving hotel sales performance through proactive business development and client relationship management.

Department/Function: Sales & Business Development (B2B/B2C Sales, Key Account Management, Client Acquisition)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Proactively solicit and manage sales opportunities across target markets.
Ensure timely and accurate business turnover for effective service delivery.
Participate in sales calls with team members to secure new and repeat business.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Support event management teams through clear communication and coordination.
Monitor market trends, competitor performance and customer needs to maximise sales.
Provide exceptional customer service to strengthen loyalty and repeat bookings.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
A degree in business administration, marketing, hotel management or a related field.
Minimum 3 years' experience in hotel sales or a related professional area.
Proven ability to build and sustain customer relationships that drive business growth.
Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing and competitive positioning.
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales management systems.
Fluency in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage.
