The Senior Finance Manager at Ajinomoto Cambodia will oversee financial reporting, accounting operations and tax compliance.
The role ensures accurate financial data, efficient processes and adherence to regulatory requirements.
This position offers an opportunity to contribute to strategic decision-making while maintaining strong financial governance.
Department/Function: Finance & Accounting (Budgeting, Auditing, Treasury, Tax, Payroll)
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Make financial reports and prepare financial analysis.
Compile monthly sales, expense, royalty, cash flow and forecast reports.
Verify documents prepared by finance staff and other departments.
Manage daily operations of the accounting department.
Perform costing calculations for all product lines.
Oversee monthly and annual tax declarations.
Ensure daily reconciliation, problem solving and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance; CPA is preferable.
At least 5 years' experience in finance, accounting, tax or management.
Proven ability to manage accounting operations and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of taxation, costing and compliance requirements.
Ability to solve problems and coordinate across internal and external stakeholders.
Good command of English and effective communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial management systems.
