Regional Comparison
Cambodia: $2,800 – $4,200
Strong competition from commercial banks and MFIs for payments and remittance expertise elevates packages, especially for leaders managing external partners and regulators.
Laos: $2,200 – $3,400
Market depth is thinner and fewer institutions run complex international services, so compensation is moderated despite senior titles.
Myanmar: $2,000 – $3,200
Macroeconomic uncertainty and operating constraints temper packages, even where the scope of the role is broad.
Thailand: $4,000 – $6,000
Large, sophisticated banking and fintech ecosystems push senior international services roles into higher bands, with greater emphasis on network management and compliance.
Vietnam: $3,200 – $5,000
Rapid payments growth and intense competition among banks and e-wallets support robust compensation for senior operators with a cross-border remit.
Post Expiry: 3rd December 2025 (earlier if filled)
