The Sourcing Director, Kidswear & Babywear role is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy across core product categories at Quince.
The role focuses on building resilient manufacturing partnerships, driving operational excellence and supporting rapid product expansion within a direct-to-consumer model.
This position works closely with merchandising, product development and manufacturing partners across the APAC region.
Department/Function: Operations & General Management (Production, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities)
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain and sourcing strategy for Kidswear and Babywear, including a multi-sourcing approach to ensure resilience.
Onboard and coach manufacturing partners to operate within a rapid replenishment, manufacturer-to-consumer environment aligned to the organisation’s operating system.
Drive continuous improvement against quality, speed, availability and margin performance indicators.
Lead catalogue expansion in collaboration with Merchandising and Product Development teams through the new product creation process.
Conduct structured quarterly business reviews with partner leadership to assess performance, alignment and future objectives.
Skills & Experience
A bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related discipline is preferred.
Minimum 15 years’ experience in strategic sourcing, procurement or supplier management with major US-based retailers.
Demonstrated track record managing partner factories within kids' and baby apparel across the APAC region.
Strong supply chain leadership with experience in lean manufacturing, just-in-time operations and cost engineering.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with high proficiency in English.
