The Talent & Project Coordinator Intern at Sevea will play a central role in supporting recruitment, expert engagement and project coordination activities within a dynamic consultancy environment.

This 6-month internship offers the opportunity to work closely with a diverse, international team delivering sustainability-focused development projects across multiple sectors.

The position is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to develop their skills in talent acquisition, project management and stakeholder engagement while contributing to impactful initiatives in Cambodia and beyond.


Responsibilities

  • Support the identification and sourcing of freelance external expert profiles for ongoing and future projects.

  • Coordinate the full selection process, including meetings with hiring managers, scheduling, feedback collection and follow-ups.

  • Conduct interviews and manage long-term relationships with the expert community.

  • Build a continuous sourcing strategy to anticipate recurring project needs.

  • Help define and implement long-term engagement approaches with key experts.

  • Manage data input, ensuring quality, structure and relevance of the expert database.

  • Support the improvement of database tools, including automation, process optimisation and system integration.

  • Provide data analysis and forecasting to strengthen sourcing strategy and expert allocation.

  • Assist in structuring and documenting processes, tools and best practices for scalability.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure expert matching aligns with client needs.


Eligibility

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in business, human resources, management, international relations or a related field.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and OneDrive.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team and connect with others on social media.

  • High proficiency in English and Khmer, with comfort working in an international environment.

  • Previous internship or experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with ATS tools or CRM systems is desirable.

  • Basic understanding of data organisation or process optimisation.

  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional evenings or weekends to meet deadlines.

  • Interest in sustainability and development-focused projects.
