The Technical Lead, Python role at Wing Bank is a senior technology position responsible for leading complex system architecture and backend development initiatives.
The role focuses on designing scalable, reliable and maintainable systems while supporting full lifecycle software delivery.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position plays a critical role in shaping technical direction and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development and implementation of complex system architectures ensuring scalability, reliability and maintainability.
Oversee and guide microservices architecture, ensuring appropriate service separation, communication and performance.
Manage system integration across multiple internal and external platforms, services and applications.
Collaborate with frontend, backend, mobile and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, code reviews and architectural decision-making while ensuring security, compliance and performance standards are met.
Skills & Experience
A degree in computer science or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years' professional experience in software development and technical leadership.
Proven experience in system integration, microservices architecture and designing scalable systems.
Strong understanding of system architecture, data structures, workflows and design patterns.
Proficiency in backend frameworks such as Django or Spring Boot, with working knowledge of mobile platforms (iOS, Android or Flutter).
