Canadia Bank is seeking enthusiastic and service-orientated candidates for the position of Teller at its Head Office in Phnom Penh.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals to gain experience in customer service, banking operations and financial product sales.
Successful applicants will join a dynamic and supportive environment, delivering quality service to customers while developing professional banking skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Warmly welcome customers at the bank counter and provide excellent service and consistent advice in line with GSTP guidelines.
Operate banking operations, including cash and non-cash transactions, ensuring accurate system and document processing.
Ensure transactional processing is completed efficiently and without errors.
Proactively identify customers' needs and cross-sell the bank’s products and services.
Act as a consultant for digital products and solutions, assisting customers with any related queries.
Address customer dissatisfaction promptly and resolve complaints effectively.
Work as part of a team to deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Strictly adhere to the bank’s rules, regulations, policies, procedures and working guidelines.
Support onboarding of new customers and expansion of relationships with existing customers, both individual and corporate.
Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree or currently in second-year, semester two, in banking and finance, accounting or a related field.
Fluent in English and Chinese.
Pleasant and friendly personality with a customer-focused approach.
Relevant banking or customer service experience is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and overtime when required.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
