ABA Bank is seeking motivated graduates to join as Terminal Software Compliance Officers at its Head Office in Phnom Penh.
This role focuses on monitoring and ensuring compliance of ATM, CRM, CDM, CEM, CCM and CIM machines to guarantee functionality and secure service for customers.
It is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates in IT or related fields to gain hands-on experience in financial technology and compliance operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Perform periodic preventive monitoring and compliance routines on ATM, CRM, CDM, CIM, CEM and CCM.
Conduct scheduled spot checks on banking terminals to ensure functionality and security.
Test new software and scenarios on ATM, CRM, CDM, CIM, CEM and CCM.
Carry out standard OS image installation on banking terminals.
Support internal teams in UAT and pilot stages of projects.
Prepare accurate daily activity reports.
Document compliance processes and maintain proper reporting standards.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT or a relevant field.
Less than 1 year's experience in a related role.
Demonstrated knowledge of server functionality and OS hardening.
Understanding of basic networking.
Familiarity with documentation procedures and systems.
Basic knowledge of electronic telecommunications devices used in financial institutions.
Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer and English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bank software systems.
Strong analytical skills with problem-solving, negotiation and interpersonal ability.
