Regional Comparison
Cambodia: $1,800 – $3,200
Compensation reflects strong demand for experienced warehouse managers in large real estate and construction projects, with limited talent supply pushing higher-end offers above the baseline.
Laos: $1,500 – $2,600
Smaller-scale projects and lower demand keep salaries modest, although experienced managers with regional exposure can command competitive packages.
Myanmar: $1,200 – $2,400
Political and economic instability keeps compensation suppressed, though multinational-backed projects sometimes offer higher pay to secure talent.
Thailand: $2,500 – $4,500
Advanced logistics networks and large construction supply chains lead to significantly higher pay for warehouse directors.
Vietnam: $2,200 – $3,800
Industrial expansion and export-driven growth sustain strong demand, with packages often exceeding Cambodia’s mid-range but aligning with regional competition.
